| dc.description.abstract | Актуальність статті полягає в тому, що взаємодія суспільства з природою завжди була і є найголовнішою умовою існування людства. Навколишнє природне середовище слу-жить умовою і засобами існування людини, територією, на якій вона проживає, просто-ровою межею здійснюваної державної влади, місцем для розміщення об’єктів культур-но-побутового призначення й іншою базовою умовою людської діяльності. Все те, що виробляє і споживає людина, створюється шляхом використання природних ресурсів. Кожний громадянин має право користуватися природними об’єктами права власності народу відповідно до закону. Враховуючи сучасні умови розвитку суспільства немож-ливо вирішувати завдання підвищення добробуту людей, зміцнення їх здоров’я не забезпечивши раціональне природокористування і охорону дітей.З цією метою Україна проводить на своїй території екологічну політику, спрямовану на збереження безпеч-ного для існування живої і неживої природи навколишнього природного середовища, захист життя і здоров’я населення. The relevance of the article lies in the fact that the interaction of society with nature has always been and is the most important condition for the existence of humanity. The surrounding natural environment serves as a condition and means of human existence, the territory on which he lives, the spatial boundary of the exer-cised state power, a place for placing objects of cultural and domestic purpose, and other basic conditions of human activity. Everything that man produces and consumes is created by using natural resources. Every citizen has the right to use natural objects owned by the people in accordance with the law. Taking into account the current conditions of the develop-ment of society, it is impossible to solve the task of improving people's well-being and stren-gthening their health without ensuring rational use of nature and protection of children.To this end, Ukraine implements an environmental policy on its territory aimed at preserving the living and non-living nature of the environment, protecting the life and health of the popula-tion. | uk_UA |
