Abstract
У статті досліджено, що Токійський трибунал, на відміну від Нюрнберзь- кого, відбувався вже в умовах тієї судової практики міжнародного кримінального процесу, яка була запроваджена першим трибуналом, а також з урахуванням тих складів міжнародних злочинів, які були сформовані за його наслідками і вдосконалені протягом провадження в трибуналах та з огляду на систему міжнародних угод, протоколів, договорів, яка формувалася після Другої світової війни. В цьому ключова, але не єдина відмінність Токійського трибуналу. The article examines that the Tokyo Tribunal, unlike the Nuremberg Tribunal, took place in the context of the jurisprudence of international criminal proceedings, which was introduced by the first tribunal, as well as including those components of international crimes that were formed as the result and improved during proceedings in tribunals in view of the system of international agreements, protocols, treaties, which was formed after the Second World War. This is a key, but not the only difference of the Tokyo Tribunal.
