| dc.description.abstract | Предмет посягання підкупу медичних працівників, особа правопорушника мають зв’язок з іншими елементами криміналістичної характеристики цього кримінально-протиправного діяння, зокрема зі способом, обстановкою та слідовою картиною. Під способом вчинення підкупу медичного працівника доречно розуміти зумовлену об’єктивними і суб’єктивними умовами систему дій щодо підготовки, вчинення та приховання підкупу медичного працівника, спрямовану на досягнення кримінально-протиправної мети, і полягає у використанні певних прийомів, знарядь і засобів, що залишають сліди у навколишній обстановці та дають можливість побудувати модель події цього кримінального правопорушення та сформувати уявлення про особу, яка його вчинила. The subject of the of medical officers’ bribery, the offender’s person, has to do with other elements of the criminalistic characteristic of this criminal act, in particular the way, the situation and the trace picture. Under the medical officers’ bribery it is appropriate to understand the system of actions, stipulated by objective and subjective conditions, for the preparation, commission and concealment of a bribe of a medical officers aimed at achieving the criminal-law purpose, and consists in the use of certain techniques, tools and remedies traces in the surrounding environment and make it possible to build a model of the event of this criminal offense and to form an idea of the person who committed it. | |
