Abstract
У статті розглянуто модель перетворення електронного сегмента кримінального провадження у «глобальну» електронну систему взаємодії органів кримінальної юстиції з єдиним інформаційним полем, яка забезпечить ведення електронного кримінального процесу. Розроблено алгоритм функціонування цієї системи, описано механізм її розробки та запровадження. In this article we examined the model of the electronic segment transformation of the criminal proceedings in the «global» electronic system of interaction, in which the criminal justice authorities will interact in a single information field. We developed the algorithm of the system functioning and also described the mechanism of its development and implementation.
