Abstract
Стаття присвячена вивченню ознак злочинів, пов’язаних із виготовленням та незаконним обігом фальсифікованих лікарських засобів за способом оперативно-значимої поведінки на стадії їх виробництва, оперативної обстановки на українському фармацевтичному ринку, способів оперативно-значимої поведінки щодо організації обігу фальсифікованих лікарських засобів, суспільної небезпеки злочинів, пов’язаних із фальсифікацією лікарських засобів, організації діяльності оперативних підрозділів щодо протидії злочинам, пов’язаних із виготовленням та незаконним обігом фальсифікованих лікарських засобів залежно від оперативно-значимої поведінки та способів їх вчинення. The article is devoted to studying the signs of crimes connected with the manufacture and illegal circulation of counterfeit medicines by the method of operatively significant behavior at the stage of their production, operational situation in the Ukrainian pharmaceutical market, methods of operatively significant behavior in relation to the organization of circulation of counterfeit medicines, public danger of crimes connected with falsification of medicines, organization of operations of operational units against committing crimes related to the manufacture and illicit trafficking of counterfeit medicines, depending on operatively meaningful behavior and methods of their accomplishment.
