Abstract
Досліджено методики оцінювання прозорості місцевих бюджетів та місцевого самоврядування в Україні з метою обґрунтування напрямів їх удосконалення в контексті підвищення ефективності та прозорості бюджетного процесу та бюджетного менеджменту в Україні. Introduction. Creating a comprehensive system of transparency of local budgets, a mechanism for ensuring the transparency and accountability of local self-government bodies remains an urgent and important task. The purpose of this study is to analyze existing methodologies of evaluation the transparency of local budgets and local self-government in Ukraine in order to justify the ways of their improvement in the context of increasing the efficiency and transparency of the budget process and budget management in Ukraine.
