Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню принципів правового регулювання сервітутних відносин як окремого складового елементу механізму цивільно-правового регулювання. З’ясовується сутність категорії «принципи правового регулювання». Основна увага зосереджується на аналізі спеціальних принципів правового регулювання сервітутних відносин. The article is dedicated to the study of the principles of legal regulation of easement relations as a separate component of the mechanism of civil regulation. The essence of the category «principles of legal regulation» is determined. The main focus is placed on analyzing special principles of the legal regulation of easement relations.
