| dc.description.abstract | У науковій статті здійснено аналіз проблемних питань, пов’язаних із законодавчою регламентацією системи покарань, що можуть призначатись за злочини, передбачені ст. ст. 201, 201-1, 305 КК. Зроблено огляд сучасних публікацій, присвячених розглядуваній проблематиці. Визначено, що поняття кримінальної відповідальності є комплексним – його зміст включає як покарання, так і інші заходи кримінально-правового впливу. The research paper analyzes problematic issues related to the legislative regulation of the system of punishments, which can be imposed for the crimes provided for in Art. Art. 201, 201-1, 305 of the Criminal Code. A review of modern publications devoted to the issue under consideration has been conducted. It has been determined that the concept of criminal liability is complex – it includes both punishment and other measures of criminal law influence. | |
