| dc.description.abstract | Стаття присвячена дослідженню окремих питань здійснення демократичного цивільного контролю над органами сектору безпеки і оборони України. Звертається увага на те, що серед цілей демократичного цивільного контролю, відповідно до визначення цього поняття, що подане у Законі України «Про національну безпеку України», є сприяння ефективній діяльності органів сектору безпеки і оборони й виконанню покладених на них функцій та зміцненню національної безпеки України. The article is devoted to the study of certain issues of the implementation of democratic civilian control over the security and defence sector bodies of Ukraine. Attention is drawn to the fact that the goals of democratic civilian control include the promotion of the effective operation of security and defence sector bodies and the performance of the functions assigned to them, as well as the strengthening of the national security of Ukraine, in accordance with the definition of this concept given in the Law of Ukraine «On the National Security of Ukraine». | |
