Abstract
Рассматривается отказ от имущественных прав интеллектуальной собственности. С учетом особенностей права интеллектуальной собственности анализируется его правовая природа, предмет, условия осуществления, момент совершения, а также его правовые последствия. The article deals with the renunciation of property rights of intellectual property. Its legal nature, subject, conditions of implementation, taking into account the peculiarities of the intellectual property right, the moment of its fulfillment, as well as legal consequences are analyzed.
