Abstract
Статтю присвячено вивченню державно-конфесійних відносин в Україні з метою встановлення балансу між правами і інтересами людини (громадян та релігійних організацій), з однієї сторони, та держави та суспільства (органів публічної адміністрації як їх представників) – з іншої, в історичних умовах, що склалися, з урахуванням національного та міжнародного досвіду та аналізу світових практик і моделей. The article is devoted to the study of state-confessional relations in Ukraine with the aim of establishing a balance between the rights and interests of people (citizens and religious organizations), on the one hand, and the state and society (public administration bodies as their representatives) on the other, in historical conditions that developed, taking into account national and international experience and analysis of global practices and models.
