| dc.description.abstract | Актуальність статті полягає в тому, що жертв злочинів у нашій країні вивчають давно, і сьогодні можна стверджувати, що віктимологія (наука про вивчення жертви) стане самостійною комплексною науковою дисципліною, результати якої широко використовуються. Вивчення характеру відносин «злочинець-жертва» необхідне практично у всіх випадках, коли воно може стати ключем до встановлення особи злочинця та мотивів злочину. На основі аналізу цих взаємовідносин часто можна детально визначити, як поводилися злочинець і його жертва, реконструювати факт злочину, ситуацію, що скалася. Враховуючи відносини «злочинець-потерпілий», можна більш об’єктивно оцінити показання потерпілого, оскільки не виключено, що він навмисно спотворює істину або, навпаки, погіршує її через бажання допомогти винному. В статті досліджується поняття жертви в теорії віктимології. The relevance of the article lies in the fact that victims of crimes in our country have been studied for a long time, and today it can be argued that victimology (the science of studying the victim) will become an independent complex scientific discipline, the results of which are widely used. Studying the nature of the «criminal victim» relationship is necessary in almost all cases where it can become the key to establishing the identity of the criminal and the motives of the crime. Based on the analysis of these relationships, it is often possible to determine in detail how the criminal and his victim behaved, to reconstruct the fact of the crime, the situation that occurred. Taking into account the «criminal-victim» relationship, it is possible to more objectively evaluate the testimony of the victim, since it is possible that he deliberately distorts the truth or, on the contrary, worsens it due to the desire to help the guilty. | |
