Abstract
У статті проаналізовані питання адміністративно-правового регулювання охорони праці в Україні. Установлено, що наразі перед адміністративним правом постає завдання розробки дієвого механізму адміністративно-правового регулювання охорони праці, метою якого є реалізація публічних інтересів у сфері охорони праці для впорядкування та забезпечення стабільності й ефективності функціонування цієї сфери в Україні. The article analyses the issues of administrative and legal regulation of labour protection in Ukraine. It has been established that administrative law is currently faced with the task of developing an effective mechanism of administrative and legal regulation of labour protection, the purpose of which is to realize public interests in the field of labour protection in order to regulate and ensure the stability and efficiency of the functioning of this sphere in Ukraine.
