Abstract
У статті розглянуто правові основи регулювання послуг морського транспорту у сфері туризму і міжнародних подорожей. Морський транспорт є одним з найважливіших компонентів економіки держави, забезпечує підвищення ефективності суспільного виробництва, створює умови для раціонального розміщення виробничих сил, сприяє розвитку соціальних проблем, забезпечує ділові, культурні поїздки населення, обмін всередині країни та за її кордоном. The article deals with the legal bases of regulation of maritime transport services in the sphere of tourism and international travel. Maritime transport is one of the most important components of the economy of the state, provides efficiency of social production, creates conditions for rational allocation of productive forces, promotes development of social problems, provides business, cultural trips of the population, exchange in the country and abroad.
