Abstract
Висвітлено основні заходи, спрямовані на запобігання кримінальним правопорушенням, їх детермінації, що вчиняються проти статевої свободи та статевої недоторканості особи, а також підвищення ефективності діяльності органів, що здійснюють протидію злочинності. The main measures aimed at preventing criminal offenses, their determination, which are committed against the sexual freedom and sexual integrity of a person, as well as increasing the efficiency of the activities of the bodies that fight against crime, are highlighted.
