У науковій статті на основі аналізу положень чинного та перспективного законодавства, практики його застосування, напрацювань правової док- трини визначено шляхи удосконалення правового регулювання стимулю- вання розвитку альтернативної енергетики в Україні та встановлено роль держави у цій сфері. In the scientific article, based on the analysis of the provisions of the current and future legislation, the practice of its application, the development of legal doctrine, the ways of improving the legal regulation of stimulating the development of alternative energy in Ukraine are determined, and the role of the state in this area is established.
