Взаємодія слідчих з оперативними підрозділами правоохоронних органів під час виявлення та розслідування корупційних кримінальних правопорушень можлива як під час документування фактів кримінально протиправної діяльності та реалізації оперативно-розшукової інформації, так й під час досудового розслідування. The interaction of investigators with the operational units of law enforcement agencies in identifying and investigating corrupt criminal offenses is possible both in documenting the facts of criminally illegal activities and the implementation of operational-search information, and in pre-trial investigation.
