Abstract
У статті аналізуються основні гарантії захисту трудових прав осіб передпенсійного віку та дається оцінка змін до Кодексу законів про працю України. Встановлюються найбільш вагомі фактори, що впливають на рівень економічної активності літніх людей. Досліджуються основні концепції державної політики залучення людей похилого віку до ринку праці, які застосовуються в розвинутих країнах. Обґрунтовуються засади розробки ефективної політики у цій сфері в Україні. The basic guarantees of pre-retirement persons’ labor rights protection and an assessment of changes to the Labor Code of Ukraine were analyzed. The most important factors influencing the level of economic activity of elderly people were established. The main concepts of the state policy of involving the elderly into the labor market that are used in developed countries were researched. The principles of development of effective policy in this sphere in Ukraine were grounded.
