Abstract
У статті розглянуто певні правові засади охорони клімату. Визначено, що системне реформування та вдосконалення галузей економіки зумовлює необхідність нормативно-правового забезпечення щодо запобігання зміни клімату та підтримання екологічної рівноваги. Визначено, що актуальність та терміновість здійснення заходів, спрямованих на запобігання зміни клімату, зумовлено невідкладністю розв’язання проблем у сфері зміни клімату. Проаналізовано основні правові акти світової спільноти в сфері охорони клімату, які мають за мету стабілізацію концентрацій парникових газів в атмосфері на такому рівні, який би не допускав небезпечного антропогенного впливу на кліматичну систему. The article discusses certain legal principles of climate protection. It was determined that the systemic reforming and improvement of economic sectors necessitates regulatory and legal support for climate change prevention and ecological balance maintenance. It was determined that the relevance and urgency of implementing measures aimed at preventing climate change is determined by the urgency of solving problems in the field of climate change. The main legal acts of the world community in the field of climate protection, which aim to stabilize the concentration of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere at such a level that would prevent dangerous anthropogenic influence on the climate system, are analyzed.
