| dc.description.abstract | Стаття присвячена питанням особливостей правового режиму земель, зайнятих іншими природними ресурсами, в умовах комплексного їх використання. Розглянуті основні наукові погляди щодо розуміння та сутності правового режиму в теорії права. Підкреслюється, що стосовно поняття правового режиму в теорії права існує кілька підходів. Особлива увага приділяється уявленню про правовий режим земель як систему правових норм, яка була предметом обговорення в роботах вчених радянського періоду. The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the legal regime of lands occupied by other natural resources, with their integrated use. The basic scientific views on the understanding and essence of the legal regime in the theory of law are considered. It is emphasized that there are several approaches to the concept of legal regime in the theory of law. Particular attention is paid to the idea of the legal regime of land as a system of legal norms, which was the subject of discussion in the works of scientists of the Soviet period. | |
