Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню проблеми виникнення права на збільшення розміру об’єкта примусового відчуження нерухомого майна у зв’язку із суспільною необхідністю. Зокрема, визначаються умови, наявність яких потрібна для виникнення в особи, що зазнає відчуження, права на збільшення об’єкта примусового відчуження. The article is devoted to the study of the problem of emergence of the right to increase the size of the object of compulsory alienation of immovable property in connection with public need. In particular, there are defined conditions that are necessary for the emergence of the right of an alienated subject to an increase in the size of the object of compulsory alienation
