| dc.description.abstract | Статтю присвячено теоретичному дослідженню поняття кримінально-правова протидія крадіжкам. Зміст вказаного поняття визначено виходячи із розуміння сутності протидії як правової категорії, та змісту кримінально-правової політики. Наголошено на важливості всебічного захисту права власності, у тому числі кримінально-правовими засобами. Відзначено, що протиправні посягання на власність негативно впливають не лише на загальний стан злочинності, а й на соціально-економічні процеси, що відбуваються в державі. Проведено аналіз поглядів вітчизняних науковців щодо розуміння ними суті як кримінально-правової протидії в цілому, так і кримінально-правової протидії крадіжкам зокрема. The article is devoted to the theoretical study of the concept of criminal law policy of counteracting theft. The content of the specified concept is based on the understanding of the content of counteracting both as a legal category and the content of the criminal policy. The importance of the overall protection of rights on the property, by criminal remedy as well, is highlighted. It is emphasized that felonious taking and removing of personal property negatively affects not only the general state of criminality but also the socioeconomic processes taking place in the state. The analysis of the views of domestic scientists regarding their understanding of the content of both criminal law policy of counteracting in general and criminal law policy of counteracting theft, in particular, was carried out. | |
