| dc.description.abstract | У статті розроблено пропозиції щодо напрямів удосконалення муніципального законодавства у сфері регулювання об’єднання територіальних громад. Охарактеризовано основні науково-теоретичні та практичні рекомендації та підходи щодо вдосконалення муніципального та конституційного законодавства в цій сфері. На підставі проведеного науково-правового аналізу виявлено основні недоліки сучасного стану муніципально-правового регулювання у відповідній сфері та визначено шляхи їх усунення. The article deals with the directions of improvement of the municipal legislation in the sphere of regulation of the association of territorial communities. The main scientific-theoretical and practical recommendations and approaches concerning the improvement of the municipal and constitutional legislation in this area are described. On the basis of the conducted scientific and legal analysis, the main shortcomings of the current state of the municipal-legal regulation in the relevant sphere were identified and the ways of their elimination were identified. | |
