| dc.description.abstract | Стаття присвячена дослідженню системи детермінант насильницької статевої злочинності та їх комплексному аналізу в межах кримінологічної науки. Вчинення тяжких насильницьких статевих злочинів, які, маючи високий ступінь латентності (не менше 50%), часто отримують значний громадський розголос і телевізійне висвітлення, знецінює моральний устрій українського суспільства і значення сім’ї як базового й основного суспільного інституту у державі. Тому комплексне вивчення детермінант їх вчинення допоможе сформувати поглиблене розуміння механізму зародження та розвитку статевої насильницької злочинності та сприятиме покращенню профілактичної роботи у напрямі її запобігання та припинення. The article is devoted to the research of the system of existing determinants of violent sexual crimes and their complex analysis within the framework of the criminological science. The committing of serious violent sexual crimes are often received a significant publicity and television coverage. These crimes have a high level of “latency” (at least 50%) and devalue the moral structure of Ukrainian society and the significance of the family as the basic and important social institute in the country. Therefore, a comprehensive study of the determinants of their perpetration will help to form an in-depth understanding of the mechanism of origin and development of sexual violent crimes and will help to improve preventative work in the direction of its prevention and cessation. | |
