Abstract
Ця стаття присвячена дослідженню проблематики правового врегулювання та організації судової гілки влади Республіки Польща після реформ 2017 р. Наголошується, що відповідно до Конституції судову владу у Польщі здійснюють вільні та незалежні суди (Верховний Суд, суди загальної юрисдикції, адміністративні суди, військові суди), а також трибунали – Конституційний трибунал і Державний трибунал, які утворюють окремий сегмент судової влади. This article is devoted to the study of the legal regulation and organization of the judicial branch of power in the Republic of Poland after reforming in 2017. The author pays attention to the relevance of the subject for the national constitutional doctrine according to that fact that the problem of proper organization of the judicial branch of power work is one of the most painful and unresolved for Ukraine. It is researched that due to the Constitution, the judiciary is carried out by free and independent courts in Poland (The Supreme Court, courts of law, administrative courts, military courts) and tribunals (The Constitutional Tribunal, which is equal to the Ukrainian Constitutional Court and the State Tribunal), which form a separate part of the judiciary.
