| dc.description.abstract | Стаття присвячена висвітленню однієї з актуальних теоретико-методологічних проблем запобігання віктимній поведінці неповнолітніх. Здійснено дослідження кримінологічних особливості віктимності неповнолітніх, проведено аналіз сучасного стану з метою теоретичного і практичного вирішення питань щодо визначення заходів запобігання кримінальним правопорушеням. На підставі досліджень, спостережень та набутого досвіду дослідники виділено кілька моделей віктимної поведінки підлітків: моделі агресивного типу, активного типу, ініціативного типу некритичного типу. Звернуто увагу на важливість класифікації віктимної поведінки неповнолітніх залежно від статі, віку, професійної приналежності, морально-психологічних особливостей особи тощо при складанню особистісно-віктимологічної типології неповнолітніх. The article is devoted to highlighting one of the actual theoretical and methodological problems of preventing the victim behavior of minors. A study of the criminological features of juvenile victimization was carried out, an analysis of the current state was carried out with the aim of theoretically and practically solving issues related to the determination of measures to prevent criminal offenses. On the basis of research, observations and acquired experience, the researchers identified several models of adolescent victim behavior: models of aggressive type, active type, initiative type, non-critical type. Attention is drawn to the importance of classifying the victim behavior of minors depending on gender, age, professional affiliation, moral and psychological characteristics of the person, etc. when compiling a personal-victimological typology of minors. | |
