Abstract
У статті досліджені проблемні питання системи органів муніципального управління Французької Республіки, правового статусу посадових осіб муніципального управління, а також проаналізовано сутність, правове регулювання і організація роботи французьких муніципальних органів. The article explores issues of the system of municipal administration in the French Republic, the legal status of officials of the municipal government, and also analyzes the essence, legal regulation and organization of work of the French municipal authorities.
