Abstract
У статті класифіковано наявні та потенційні види підземних споруд, які повинні мати відповідні правові режими з особливостями дозвільних документів та виділенням ділянок надр та землі, а також проаналізовані проблеми державного обліку та реєстрації, вартісної оцінки ділянок підземного простору та ставок рентної плати. The article classifies the existing and potential types of underground structures, which should have appropriate legal regimes with the features of permit documents and allocation of subsoil and land plots, as well as analyzed the problems of state registration and registration, valuation of underground space and rent rates.
