| dc.description.abstract | Робота актуалізована тим, що професійна діяльність у практичних підрозділах ОВС вимагає від фахівців умінь самостійно ставити і вирішувати принципово нові завдання, у тій чи іншій формі проводити дослідження, творчо використовувати досягнення науки та вдосконалювати свою кваліфікацію. У силу цього, одним з головних завдань діяльності ВНЗ МВС України є організація НДД курсантів (слухачів), що характеризується єдністю цілей і напрямів навчальної, наукової і виховної роботи, тісною взаємодією всіх форм і методів. До того ж, практика показує, що наукова діяльність суб’єктів навчально-виховного процесу ВНЗ істотно підвищує інтерес до вивчення спеціальних дисциплін, сприяє формуванню теоретичних і практичних навичок майбутніх фахівців права, розвиває систему інтелектуально-творчих якостей. The work is updated due to the fact that professional activity in the practical units of the OVS requires specialists to independently set and solve fundamentally new tasks, to conduct research in one form or another, to creatively use the achievements of science, and to improve their qualifications. Due to this, one of the main tasks of the Higher Education Institution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine is the organization of the cadets' (students') training program, which is characterized by the unity of goals and directions of educational, scientific and educational work, close interaction of all forms and methods. In addition, practice shows that the scientific activity of subjects of the educational and educational process of universities significantly increases interest in studying special disciplines, contributes to the formation of theoretical and practical skills of future law specialists, develops a system of intellectual and creative qualities. | uk_UA |
