Abstract
У цій статті проаналізовано обмеження конституційних прав і свобод людини та громадянина під час проведення антитерористичної операції. Висвітлено основні суперечності між Конституцією України та Законом України «Про боротьбу з тероризмом». This article analyzes the restrictions on the constitutional rights and freedoms of human and citizen during the counter-terrorist operation. The main contradictions between the Constitution of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine “On the fight against terrorism” are highlighted.
