Abstract
Статтю присвячено питанню формування права інтелектуальної власності. Викладається позиція, що ідея патентного права була вперше реалізована у ХV столітті у Венеційській республіці. Аналізуються особливості правової охорони винаходів і вплив, який справив «венеційський феномен» на правопорядок країн Заходу. The article deals with the formation of intellectual property rights. It sets out the position that the idea of patent law was first implemented in the fifteenth century in Venice republic. The author analyzes the features of legal protection of inventions and the impact that “Venetian Phenomenon” had on the states of the West.
