| dc.description.abstract | У статті проаналізовано точки зору вчених щодо визначення поняття обізнаних осіб у кримінальному процесі. Сформульовано авторське визначення поняття зазначених осіб. Ними є будь-які незацікавлені у кримінальному судочинстві компетентні особи, які володіють спеціальними знаннями і досвідом їх використання, залучені сторонами кримінального провадження, слідчим суддею, судом до участі у кримінальному процесі задля сприяння ним у вирішенні питань, що потребують застосування спеціальних знань. The author of the article has analyzed the viewpoints of scholars in regard to determining the concept of informed persons in criminal proceedings. The author has formed own definition of the concept of the indicated persons. They are any competent persons who are not interested in criminal proceedings and possess specialized knowledge and experience of their use and are involved in criminal proceedings by the parties, investigating judge, the court to participate in criminal proceedings in order to assist them in resolving issues requiring the use of specialized knowledge. | |
