| dc.description.abstract | Стаття присвячена висвітленню актуальних питань під час проведення судових експертиз у вітчизняному кримінальному процесі та в зарубіжній практиці низки європейських країн, серед яких ФРН, Австрія та Швейцарія. Наголошується на тому, що в умовах сьогодення судова експертиза стає все більше затребуваною під час досудового розслідування та судового розгляду кримінальних проваджень, судового розгляду справ в інших видах судочинства. Слід сказати, що країнами Європейського співтовариства розроблено План дій для реалізації заходів (цілей), пов’язаних із побудовою єдиної судово-експертної науки (forensicscience) в ЄС до 2020 р. Його положення слід ураховувати у розробленні стратегій реформування та розвитку судової експертизи в Україні. The article is aimed at discussing current issues while performing forensic examinations in the domestic criminal process and in foreign practice of a number of European countries, including Germany, Austria and Switzerland. It is emphasized that nowadays forensic examination is becoming increasingly popular during the pre-trial investigation and the trial in criminal cases, as well as the trial in other types of proceedings. It should be noted that the countries of the European Community have developed an Action Plan for the implementation of measures (goals) related to the creation of a unified forensic science in the EU by 2020. Its provisions should be taken into account when developing strategies for reforming and developing forensic examination in Ukraine. | |
