Abstract
У статті на основі аналізу наукових поглядів учених та актуальних даних ринку праці осіб з інвалідністю викладено думки автора щодо гострої необхідності розроблення й упровадження Концепції професійної реабілітації та сприяння зайнятості зазначених осіб в Україні, розраховано можливі вигідні для держави й зазначеної категорії осіб заходи щодо підвищення економічного зростання та працевлаштування. Наголошено, що основні проблеми низької трудової зайнятості осіб з інвалідністю полягають у ставленні до цієї проблеми держави й суспільства, оскільки стратегічного документа, який фіксує положення державної політики в галузі зайнятості осіб з інвалідністю, до теперішнього часу в Україні не існує. The article is based on an analysis of scientific views of actual data scientists and the labor market of people with disabilities invited the author’s views on the urgent need for development and implementation conception of vocational rehabilitation and employment these persons in Ukraine, also the author calculated beneficial for the state and the people of this category measures to increase economic growth and employment. Emphasized that the fundamental problems of low employment of persons with disabilities are in relation to the problem of the state and society as a strategic document that records the position of state policy on employment of persons with disabilities, so far in Ukraine does not exist.
