Abstract
У статті розглянуто правові засади, повноваження та результати нормотворчої діяльності Національного агентства з питань запобігання корупції щодо регулювання інституту викривачів, запропоновано шляхи вдосконалення правового регулювання забезпечення прав викривачів. In the article, the author reviewed the legal principles, powers and results of nor- mative activity of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption in relation to the regulation of the institution of the disclosure, and proposed ways to improve the legal regulation of the provision of the rights of the disclosure.
