Abstract
У науковій статті зроблено спробу аналізу теоретичних проблем реалізації принципів адміністративного судочинства під час здійснення судового адміністративного процесу. Визначено шляхи вдосконалення реалізації принципів адміністративного судочинства. In the scientific article an attempt was made to analyze theoretical problems of the implementation of the principles of administrative legal proceedings in the implementation of judicial administrative process. The ways of improving the implementation of the principles of administrative legal proceedings are determined.
