Abstract
Стаття присвячена аналізу суб’єктів правовідносин у сфері загальнообов’язкового державного соціального страхування. Наведено поняття застрахованої особи та зроблено акцент на відсутності законодавчого та наукового визначення терміна «потерпілий» у сфері загальнообов’язкового державного соціального страхування. Визначено нормативне регулювання, основні нормативно-правові акти загальнообов’язкового державного соціального страхування, у яких вжи- вається вказане поняття, зокрема Закон України «Про загальнообов’язкове державне соціальне страхування», Закон України «Про охорону праці». The article is devoted to the analysis of the subjects of legal relations in the field of compulsory state social insurance. The concept of the insured person is given and the emphasis is placed on the lack of legislative and scientific definition of the term “injured” in the field of compulsory state social insurance. The normative regulation, the main normative-legal acts of the obligatory state social insurance in which the specified concept is used, in particular the Law of Ukraine “About obligatory state social insurance”, the Law of Ukraine “About labor protection” are defined.
