| dc.description.abstract | У статті розглядаються особливості приватної детективної діяльності в механізмі спеціально-кримінологічного запобігання злочинності в Україні. Автори вказують, що в сучасній кримінологічній науці доцільно вести мову про створення взаємозалежних механізмів, здатних позитивно впливати як на сторони кримінального правопорушення (кримінального правопорушника та жертву), так і на саме суспільно небезпечне діяння. Реалізація такого алгоритму потребує переходу до нових форм запобігання, однією з яких є приватна детективна діяльність. Звертається увага на те, що у сучасній кримінальній процесуальній практиці основною проблемою залишається висока латентність окремих суспільно небезпечних діянь, зумовлених як «професійністю» суб’єктів та проблемами, повʼязаними з досудовим розслідуванням, так і недовірою населення до правоохоронних органів та небажанням звертатись за допомогою. The article examines the peculiarities of the activities of private detectives as one of the measures of special criminological prevention of criminal and illegal activities in Ukraine. The authors point out that in modern criminological science it is expedient to talk about the creation of interdependent mechanisms capable of positively influencing both the parties to the criminal offense (the criminal offender and the victim) and the socially dangerous act itself. The implementation of such an algorithm requires a transition to new forms of preventive activity, one of which is private detective activity. Attention is drawn to the fact that in modern criminal procedural practice, the main problem remains the high latency of certain socially dangerous acts, caused both by the «professionalism» of the subjects and problems related to pre-trial investigation, and by the population’s distrust of law enforcement agencies and reluctance to seek help. In any case, latency is a negative phenomenon that becomes an obstacle on the way to positive changes in the criminological situation. | |
