Abstract
У статті розглянуто роль процесуального примусу у здійсненні адміністративного судочинства як невід’ємної частини процедури розгляду справ в адміністративних судах, що використовується з метою забезпечення чіткого дотримання правил адміністративного процесу усіма його учасниками. The article examines the role of procedural coercion in the implementation of administrative proceedings, as an integral part of the procedure for handling cases in administrative courts, is used to ensure strict compliance with the rules of the administrative process by all its participants.
