Abstract
У статті здійснено огляд чинних стратегій та аналогічних документів державного рівня, що визначають прийоми та принципи забезпечення безпеки різних сфер національної економіки у деяких країнах світу. Проведено порівняння підходів до забезпечення реалізації фінансових інтересів України з урахуванням зовнішніх і внутрішніх загроз, які супроводжують цей процес, на основі аналізу стратегій національної безпеки 2007 р. та 2015 р. За результатами вивчення вітчизняного та зарубіжного досвіду, визначено недоліки механізмів стратегічного планування та реалізації безпеко орієнтованого управління фінансовою складовою національних економік. The actual scientific task is to carry out a critical review of strategies that have determined the vector of the state's movement in the long direction of ensuring national security in the context of the intensification of the traditional and the emergence of new threats to Ukraine's interests in the international arena. The purpose of the work is to specify the financial interests and threats that hinder their satisfaction, for EU countries, the USA and Ukraine in the internal economic policy and in the geo-economic arena; comparing the approaches of governments of different countries to the problem of strategic planning of measures to protect national interests, including economic and financial, contained in national security strategies and similar conceptual documents of security-oriented management of the political, economic and social life of nations.
