Abstract
У статті досліджено принципи адміністративної діяльності поліції у сфері забезпечення прав і свобод громадян. Доведено, що питання про принципи адміністративної діяльності поліції в сучасний період практично не піднімалося, вельми скромно в юридичній науці досліджено і принципи організації та діяльності української поліції. The article examines the principles of administrative activity of the police in the field of ensuring the rights and freedoms of citizens. It is proved that the question of the principles of administrative activity of the police in the modern period was practically not raised, and the principles of organization and activity of the Ukrainian police are also very modestly studied in legal Science.
