Abstract
Розглянуто головні економічні та соціальні заходи щодо запобігання зґвалтуванням, що вчиняють неповнолітні. Досліджено вплив економічної ситуації в державі та недостатнього рівня розвитку соціального забезпечення на рівень злочинності неповнолітніх. Визначено пріоритетні напрями вдосконалення економічних і соціальних заходів щодо запобігання таким зґвалтуванням. The main economic and social measures to prevent rape committed by juveniles investigate the influence of the economic situation in the country and the underdevelopment of social security to the level of juvenile crime, it appears the main directions of improvement of economic and social measures preventing rapes committed by juveniles. For example, according to statistics, in 2014. increased the number of crimes committed by juveniles (12,3 %), the number of crimes committed by minors or with their participation was 17,3 thousand (3,5 % of the total number of crimes recorded by the Interior), including each other – hard (50,4 % or 8,7 thousand offenses). Every 2nd of 3 crimes – theft (66,6 % or 11,5 thousand offenses).
