Abstract
У статті розглядається проблема представництва членом українського парламенту нації, електорату та політичної партії з точки зору європейської парламентської традиції. В Україні конституційна модель парламентського представництва швидко зазнає змін. Вона також піддається критиці з боку Венеційської комісії та Парламентської асамблеї Ради Європи. Тож питання відповідності української моделі парламентського представництва європейській парламентській традиції залишається відкритим. The article considers the problem of representation of a nation, electorate and political party by a member of the Ukrainian parliament from the point of view of the European parliamentary tradition. In Ukraine, the constitutional model of parliamentary representation is rapidly changing. It has also been criticized by the Venice Commission and the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
Therefore, the question of the conformity of the Ukrainian model of parliamentary representation to the European parliamentary tradition remains open.
