Abstract
Стаття присвячена висвітленню основних висновків і конкретних пропозицій змін до законодавства, що сформульовані провідними науковцями та практиками з питань організації та функціонування судової влади за підсумками роботи ІІІ Міжнародної науково-практичної конференції «Сучасні виклики та актуальні проблеми судової реформи в Україні», що відбулася 24–25 жовтня в м. Чернівці (Україна). The article is devoted to highlighting the main conclusions and specific proposals for changes in legislation, formulated by leading scholars and practitioners on the organization and functioning of the judiciary following the III International Scientific and Practical Conference “Modern Challenges and Current Problems of Judicial Reform in Ukraine” which took place in October 25th in Chernivtsi (Ukraine).
