Abstract
У статті проаналізовано законодавство та досвід інших держав, де запроваджено систему антикорупційних судів. Систематизовано моделі таких судів, визначено недоліки та переваги функціонування системи таких судів в інших країнах, виявлені недоліки правового регулювання адміністративних відносин антикорупційних судів інших країн та запропоновані заходи з недопущення їх у діяльності Вищого антикорупційного суду України. The article analyzes the legislation and experience of other states where a system of anti-corruption courts is introduced, models of such courts are systematized, the disadvantages and advantages of the functioning of the system of such courts in other countries, the identified shortcomings of legal regulation of administrative relations of anti-corruption courts of other countries and proposed measures to prevent them in activity the highest anti-corruption court of Ukraine.
