Abstract
У статті проведено теоретико-правовий аналіз форм участі міжнародних організацій у правотворчому процесі в Україні. Зроблено висновок про те, що в основному вплив міжнародних організацій на законотворчий процес приносить досить позитивні результати у формі прийняття відповідних законодавчих актів, підтримання реформ окремих галузей державного управління та соціально-економічної сфери тощо. У той же час наголошено про наявність певних меж такого втручання. The article provides a theoretical and legal analysis of the forms of participation of international organizations in the law-making process in Ukraine. It is concluded that the influence of international organizations on the legislative process brings quite positive results in the form of adoption of relevant legislation, support for reforms of certain sectors of public administration and socio-economic sphere, and so on. At the same time, it is emphasized that there are certain limits to such intervention.
