Abstract
Стаття присвячена проблемам класифікації функцій права. Особлива увага приділяється галузевим аспектам функцій права. Функції поділяються також відповідно до елементів, з яких складається система права. З огляду на напрацювання переважно вчених-теоретиків пропонується авторське групування функцій фінансового права. The article is devoted to problems of classification of functions of law. Particular attention is paid to the branch aspects of the functions of law. Functions are also divided according to the elements from which the system of law is created. Based on the work of predominantly theoretical scholars, an author's grouping of functions of financial law is proposed.
