Abstract
В даній статті розглядаються позитиви і негативи влади через призму загальнолюдських та моральних цінностей; аналізується її природа, структура та характер функціонування по відношенню до існуючої політичної системи; розглядаються такі інструменти політичної влади як примус та насильство. Висвітлюються переваги і умови застосування влади в сучасному суспільстві. This article examines the positives and negatives of power through the prism of universal and moral values; its nature, structure and nature of functioning in relation to the existing political system are analyzed; such tools of political power as coercion and violence are considered. The advantages and conditions of the use of power in modern society are hig-hlighted.
