| dc.description.abstract | Стаття присвячена дослідженню правового закріплення цілей та принципів сталого розвитку, як вектору розвитку держави та суспільства, та впливу конкурентного права на подібне правове регулювання. В ході здійснення дослідження автором визначено беззаперечний зв’язок між такими поняттями та явищами як «правова доктрина України», «принципи та цілі сталого розвитку», а також вплив на них сучасного конкурентного права та його модернізації. The article is devoted to the study of the legal implementation of the goals and principles of sustainable development as a vector for the development of the state and society, as well as the impact of competition law on such legal regulation. In the course of the research, the author has identified an undeniable connection between such concepts as "legal doctrine of Ukraine", "principles and goals of sustainable development", as well as the influence of modern competition law, including its modernization, on them. | |
