dc.description.abstractНаукова стаття присвячена аналізу диференціації заходів процесуального примусу у ци-вільному судочинстві. У дослідженні наведено та проаналізовано теоретичні підходи до класифікації заходів процесуального примусу, виокремлено новий критерій для такої кла-сифікації – місце вчинення протиправної поведінки. Досліджено зміст поняття «неповага до суду». Акцентовано увагу на ролі заходів процесуального примусу у забезпеченні ефективності процесу доказування в цивільному судочинстві. The scientific article is devo-ted to the differentiation of procedural coercion in civil proceedings. During research presented and analyzed theoretical approaches to the classification of procedural coercion, singled out new criterion for such classification – the place of the commission of unlawful conduct. The concept of «contempt of court» was researched. The attention is focused on the role of proce-dural coercion to ensure the efficiency of proof in civil proceedings.uk_UA
